I recently discovered this show on-demand and bought this cookbook specifically for their Proscuitto Bread, Drop Meatballs and Sauce, and Hawaiian Fried Chicken recipes. I bought this cookbook because it claims to have every recipe from all 13 seasons and I really wanted these three recipes (you cannot get them from their website unless you pay for a subscription). I was so excited when I received this cookbook, but my excitement turned to disappointment when I discovered these three recipes are not included in this cookbook. WHAT? This is false advertising at its best. Although it appears to be a good cookbook, I am returning it based on false advertisement and the fact the recipes are not included in this book. Beware if you are buying this cookbook specifically for random recipes from their shows, it may not be in this book.
Over 1000 pages! Huge! You will definitely need a recipe book stand for this enormous book.
I started by making a list of each recipe I wanted to try section by section. Keeps everything organized, and we really want to try new things and utilize the entire book as much as possible.
Started with the chicken piccata and bruschetta.... absolutely outstanding. My dinner guests thought I had made it many times and raved at how tasty and "better than any restaurant" it was...Told them about America's Test Kitchen (they had never seen the show) and both my friends ordered the cookbook while having dessert lol
This is the modern day "Joy of Cooking " , you honestly need nothing more. 5 stars.
